At Studio Cassette, we believe that the main orientations but also the decisions of everyday life must be taken together. Each member of the team is therefore free to present their proposals and defend their choices during our weekly meetings.
We do not recruit an army of interns to take care of our clients' files. We prefer to work over the long term by gradually integrating new members into our team by favouring work-study training, this is particularly the case for our developer Nicolas and Marie, our web designer.
Our salary policy is clear and simple. We discuss together every year the amount of remuneration for each member of the team. Also, the gap between the lowest and highest salary does not exceed 1.5.
At Studio Cassette, we have chosen to take up the challenge of a cleaner and more efficient company. We want to control our environmental impact, while improving it over time.
The Studio Cassette team works every day in unison with the help of collaborative tools (Asana, Google suite, etc.), which facilitate communication and establish a relationship of trust between members.
